Flow With Me

⊹ After experiencing a yoga ashram nestled in the mountains of Colorado my freshman year of college, I became enthralled in the practice of yoga and meditation, and earned my yoga teacher training at the sacred space in 2018.

⊹ Originally from Chicago, I love the holistic lifestyle I found in Colorado, and combining this passion with my writing is what makes me truly happy.

⊹ My classes are inspired by nature and yoga’s innate ability to heal.
